Welcome to the Meredith Inn a lovely 8 bedroom Bed & Breakfast which opened in the Summer of 1997.

The Meredith Inn is a completely smoke free property. All rooms have private baths, individual heat control, window air conditioners in the summer, cable TV and telephones. The building is fully sprinkled. A full breakfast is served each morning.

The Meredith Inn is a pleasant stroll from the town’s busy artisans’ shops and interesting restaurants for all tastes. It is also handy to Lakes Winnipesaukee, Waukewan and Squam Lake. These large, pristine lakes offer a complete range of aquatic activities and summer events, including festivals, theatre, craft shows, and the year-round beauty of the Gateway to the White Mountains.

The Meredith Inn started its life more than 100 years ago as a Victorian dwelling on Main Street in historic Meredith, NH.

Before her restoration, this maiden modestly veiled her charms beneath a coat of gray paint and unreliable utilities. But beneath the surface, she had a strong character and interesting architecture. Eleven months and a substantial number of skilled tradesmen transformed her into the Meredith Inn, a “Painted Lady” of considerable charm and elegance.
