A stately Victorian, The Tea Rose Inn, was built by Edwin and Anna Nutting in 1883 located in the heart of Lake Country and the foothills of the White Mountains. Just a short stroll from the quaint New England Downtown of Plymouth, New Hampshire and the beautiful campus of Plymouth State University.
The Tea Rose Inn is open all year round, ready to pamper you and your family as you explore this beautiful breathtaking part of the country. If you like fishing, rafting, canoeing, skiing, hiking, snowboarding or want to explore the many covered bridges that adorn the New Hampshire landscape, you will be able to relax and have fun knowing that a cozy bed awaits you at the Tea Rose Inn.
Our Inn is located just a short walk from Downtown Plymouth, offering our guests an enjoyable and safe way to dine out. Choose from 11 different restaurants right on Main Street.
Some of our favorite restaurants include The Flying Monkey, which offers dining and performances, and the Italian Farmhouse. Other dining options include The Common Man restaurants, the Six Burner Bistro, the Lucky Dog Tavern & Grill, assorted pubs and more.
Plymouth is a quaint New England town in the Lakes Region that is within 20 minutes of Winnipesauke and Newfound Lakes. Home to Plymouth State University and the beautiful White Mountains, the area offers various entertainment such as the Silver Center for the Arts that is home to the New Hampshire Music Festival.

The Inn originally served as the home of Edwin and Anna Nutting for many years. Originally, there were three bedrooms on the second floor and five rooms on the third floor, which were the servants’ quarters. The original servant call bell is still mounted on the wall in one of the third-floor rooms.
